These shoes fit true to size and the marked width is true to the stated width. Very comfortable, solid quality that supports Clarks reputation. My only issue is that they are boring. I am thinking that the metal detail that was meant to make them stand out, made them look old fashioned and those top stitches and extra layers of leather made them heavier than normal. If you want comfort, you will definitely find it in these shoes but if you want inspiration, not so... It could have been a classic elegant comfort shoe but instead it ended up being grand-grandma shoes. Bear in mind that I am in mid 40s as I am saying this... They fit somewhat large - I had to buy a shoe insert to fill the gap. Needed some breaking in to make them comfortable. However, the reason I gave them 2 stars is because after little use, the leather on one of the shoes is peeling and has left a grey patch making them look terrible. I am quite disappointed in the quality.

Was disappointed to receive a damaged right shoe with 3 visible scuffs in the toe area straight out the box!
Also could have ordered 1/2 size smaller.

I love Clarks shoes. They're attractive, contemporary but conservative. Go with most anything a mature woman would wear. Good fit. I saw where others commented on the heel getting bigger as the day progressed. I ALWAYS have that so no biggie. Highly recommend. AND THE PRICE IS LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I WOULD HAVE PAID FROM CLARKS OR DSW, EVEN!!!!!!!!!!

My feet were badly burned about a year ago. Blisters formed under my toenails resulting in my toes being very sensitive to pressure. These are the most stylish shoes I've found with toe box tall enough that they put no pressure on my toes. What a godsend! I can finally walk without pain! Would recommend for anyone needing a tall toe box. Shoes are well made and expected to last a long time. Bring on more stylish shoes with tall toe boxes please.

These were comfortable and very stable. Everything fit well and I felt like I was wearing a much lower heel. I returned them because I they were too sensible looking. I wanted something a little more fun and the main word I kept thinking when looking at them was "Wow, these are sensible and stable." Really just a preference thing. The cushioning could have been a little better but, for heels, it was better than most.
